New benches part of major Phelps Mill Park renovation project

The historic Phelps Mill Park in central Otter Tail County is the site of a major Phase 2 renovation project. Among the improvements are three new concrete benches, donated by Friends of Phelps Mill, the Duane and Helen Berry Family, and Paul and Laurie Lekanng.
