From the high-energy beats of Duniya Drum & Dance, at left, to the traditional choreography of Ballet Folklorico, above, the International Friendship Festival continues to transform Pelican Rapids into a global crossroads. The festival returns June 20 with a diverse schedule of six performing groups, including the debut of the klezmer ensemble Di Bayke and the return of Argentine muralist Gurí.
