Pelican Lake area Echo Bay Park proceeds at Otter Tail County

The yellow border above outlines the parcel of land that will become “Echo Bay Park,” on the south shore of Fish Lake— of the Pelican Lake chain. The park is being developed by Otter Tail County, which also operates Phelp’s Mill as a county park. The undeveloped parcel is north of Lake Lizzie, Highway 59 and Dunvilla.
